Adrian is a Director at Deloitte specializing in sustainability, and is responsible for Deloitte Sweden’s services related to sustainability reporting and transformation. He brings more than eleven years of experience in leading and coordinating several of Deloitte’s most complex and challenging sustainability projects for companies in various industries. Furthermore, he has extensive expertise in sustainability reporting, processes and capabilities, as well as significant experience in helping companies navigate, implement, and apply regulations within the sustainability field. In addition, Adrian is an appreciated facilitator, host and speaker within sustainability.

Paul Pelissier is Global Sustainability Principal at SAP, leading the go-to-market for SAP’s sustainability portfolio across EMEA. Drawing on 10 years in IT, sustainability, procurement, and supply chain transformation, he helps organizations move from reporting to execution; using ERP and AI-enabled approaches to meet CSRD and emerging product-level requirements (DPP, PPWR, CBAM, EUDR).

Lennart is a Partner heading Deloitte’s sustainability practice in Sweden. He has over seventeen years of experience from providing sustainability advisory and assurance engagements to both public and private companies. Over the years Lennart has been serving clients in a wide range of industries and served many of the largest companies in Sweden.

A regular speaker at international investor relations events, Erwin is known for sharing insights on the latest trends in annual and sustainability reporting.

Sebastien has more than 20 years of experience in the tech sector, running and scaling several businesses across industries. He specializes in guiding companies through the scaleup stage of their journey, launching ambitious new cycles as founders evolve. Since 2020, he has focused on climate as an operator, board member, and investor. At Normative, his priority is building compelling products and customer experiences that help businesses tackle the climate challenge.

Maria holds the overall responsibility for sustainability at DeLaval, a global company within the dairy farming solutions industry, and together with Tetra Pak and Sidel part of the Tetra Laval Group. Maria has about 20 years of experience from working in the sustainability field and has held various positions responsible to develop and implement sustainability strategies and roadmaps on a global level, in companies including Electrolux, Elekta and HP. In addition, she has led the UN Global Compact Network in Sweden and worked out on the field for the Canadian international development program Uniterra. Maria has lived and operated in many different countries.

Andreas has been the CSO of Sweco AB since 2011. He has a PhD in environmental analysis and research experience from Sweden, The Baltic Sea and Africa. At Sweco, Andreas has also worked as a strategic sustainability consultant and climate analyst. He has represented the business and industry sector in UN meetings (mainly climate and biodiversity) since 2009 and is a liaison delegate for the World Business Council for Sustainable Development since 2013. He also serves as a board member of MISTRA, Hej Främling and Richertska forskningsstiftelsen. Andreas has frequently been included on ”Sveriges hållbarhetsmäktigaste” and Global TOP250 CSOs. With extensive knowledge and business intelligence, Andreas has been driving sustainability within Sweco and helped position the company as a leader in the green transition

Viktor Wallström is a seasoned communication and sustainability leader with extensive experience in corporate affairs, public relations, and strategic communications. Since 2022, he has served as Senior Vice President and Head of Group Communication & Sustainability at Saab, where he plays a crucial role in enhancing the company’s global communications strategy and sustainability initiatives.

Prior to joining Saab, Viktor was Executive Vice President of Communication & Sustainability at Tele2, a position he held from 2013. During his tenure, he led the communication efforts for one of Sweden’s largest corporate mergers and elevated Tele2’s sustainability agenda to an industry-leading position. His work has been instrumental in aligning business objectives with growing environmental and socio-economic expectations.

Malin is a member of the Group Executive Management Team and since 2020, she has led the group functions Sustainability, HR, Compliance, and Communications, driving the integration of sustainability into core business strategy. With more than 20 years of experience, including 16 years at Volvo Group as Senior Vice President CSR Management, she combines deep sustainability expertise with strong commercial and people leadership. Malin holds an MSc in Environmental Engineering and an MBA.

With over five years of experience at Siemens, Elin works to advance sustainable development through innovative solutions, both within Siemens’ own operations and for the company’s customers across the Nordic region. She focuses on driving energy and resource efficiency in critical societal sectors such as industry, infrastructure, and energy systems —using smart technology as a key enabler.

Elin is a member of the Industrial Strategy Board for the research and innovation program “Net Zero Industry”, led by Teknikföretagen and RISE. She has also been recognized for multiple years by Ledarna as one of Sweden’s “Top 75 Future Female Leaders.”

Annika is a Board member of Sveaskog, CSR Sweden, Klimatum. For close to 35 years Annika Ramsköld has been part of shaping the Swedish based energy utility Vattenfall, as a change agent, holding a with a wide range of assignments from R&D and business development to sales, trading, marketing and strategy. Her more recent positions are VP Market Strategy and Business Development, VP CEO Office. She is also very involved in shaping and driving the First Movers Coalition and Leaders for European Growth & Competitiveness and active in many industry associations and working groups.
